STRONGlab provides diligent, meticulous, individual attention (even in our group settings!). Our programs are comprehensive, constant-contact, results-driven and dedicated to getting you to where you want to be, and tailored your lifestyle, needs, goals and current abilities!

is stronglab only in new york city?

We're worldwide virtually!

In person, we are only in the NYC area for now, but we've got plans to be in Philly, D.C. and other cities very soon! If you want us where you are, drop a line, follow us on Instagram @stronglabxyz, and let us know!

where will we workout?

We've got options! Depending on your preference and needs,

  • We have a network of area gyms we can use, and we'll work to find the most convenient one for you.
  • We can come to your home or to your building/office's gym.
  • We can come to a nearby park and conduct outdoor workouts.
  • Sessions can be virtual, conducted over video call.

Who are your trainers?

The elite of NYC! We have a roster of attentive, efficient experts. Each of our coaches are certified personal trainers (through agencies that hold the industry standard NCCA-accreditation), along with a variety of extra certifications and extensive experience. Most importantly, that's only a starting point - they're trained in STRONGlab methods to uphold the highest standards.

What's each session like? What happens before and after?

Each session is a full, guided workout, starting with a thorough warm-up.

By the time you show up, we've assessed your needs and goals thoroughly and planned meticulously. You'll be in good hands - all you have to do is show up!

We'll make sure you understand how to execute every movement, we'll guide you to perfection as you go, and we'll push you beyond what you thought your limits were!

In between workouts, we're in touch regularly via text and other follow-ups, asking questions and answering yours. We have a constant line open for you to probe the expert minds of our coaches anytime!

And we check in with you - to encourage you, and to see if we can help or make adjustments along the way. We’ll ask about your recovery and how you’re feeling in general, and we'll get you ready for the next workout!

Why can't I buy one session? Or a package of x number of sessions?

We believe in the journey, the importance of consistency, and of having a comprehensive plan that changes as you progress. So, to implement that type of structure, our programs are membership-based. There are no contracts, and you can stop anytime, but we plan and train by the month, not by the session.

What types of goals is Stronglab best suited for?

Your type! We’re here for all levels and all types of goals - we'll match you up with the right trainer and apply our expertise to your goals and lifestyle!

What is virtual training like?

As close as possible to the real thing! We'll meet on a video call, and guide you through the workout, teaching each movement and correcting your form as you go. And we'll be right there to make sure you don't slow down or quit!

You'll get all the rest of the benefits of a Stronglab membership, including Constant Contact with our expert coaches, and a personalized, evolving nutrition plan.

I'm a complete beginner - is this right for me?

Absolutely! Stronglab trains individuals of all levels and all types! no matter what your current abilities, we'll craft the plan and give you the guidance and coaching that will get you to your best!

I know what i'm doing, but i'm stuck at a plateau - what can stronglab do for me?

The more advanced you get, the harder it is to keep seeing gains, and the more you need expertise and oversight.

We mean it when we say we train individuals of all levels and all types! Our experts can guide you to perfecting your technique, and our meticulous workout plans and nutrition plans will help you blast through plateaus and stagnancy!

i'm super out of shape - i need to improve on my own before i start a real program, right?

We hear things like this all the time, and if we're being honest - you know better.
